Yelai Vadam Twin Rice Pack – 200g is a traditional South Indian vadam (papad) made from organically grown rice and millets, hand-shaped, steamed, and sun-dried in the Wild Ideas village in Tiruvannamalai.
Heat oil until hot. Slide vadams in — they’ll puff up and rise. Press gently with a slotted spoon to ensure even frying. Lift out before they brown. Drain on paper. Crispy, light, and perfect alongside rice meals, soups, or as an evening snack.
Store in an airtight container in a dry place. Best within 6 months.
