Inspire Studios was born not in a boardroom, but in the quiet healing spaces of nature and inherited legacy.

Its founder, Poornima K, grew up watching the profound effects of natural healing through the eyes of her grandfather, Dr. Ramdayal Verma — a devoted student of Dr. Vithal Das Modi, India’s pioneering naturopath and the founder of Arogya Mandir in Gorakhpur, established in 1940. From a young age, Poornima walked alongside her grandfather as he helped people heal with plants, earth, water, and care — never with chemicals. She didn’t just learn naturopathy. She lived it.

Years later, she formalised those early apprenticeships by studying naturopathy at Arogya Mandir itself, walking the very halls where India’s natural healing movement once blossomed. But her dream was always larger than the institution — she wanted to carry this inheritance into the modern world, close, personal, and within reach of anyone seeking a more intentional relationship with their body.

That dream became Inspire Studios. Every bar of handmade cold-process soap, every bottle of body care, is poured by hand in Auroville. Plant oils, botanical extracts, pure essential oils — these are the ingredients. Restraint and intention are the methods. No SLS, no parabens, no synthetic fragrances, no artificial colours. Just the natural glycerin retained from cold-process saponification, doing what it has done for centuries.
